King Family Construction LLC is a family-run business that prides itself on building you a home, not just another house. We build ICF homes, traditional, custom, barns, pole barns, and barndominiums to mention some of our builds. We do the work from the ground up. We excavate, frame, trim, custom work, and have some great subcontractors who have worked with us for years if there is a part of the project we don't do ourselves. We are also a licensed septic installer.
We are a certified and licensed AeroSeal Envelope Dealer. AeroSeal has ratings with Energy Star, Zero Energy, Ph, NAHB. AeroSeal can reduce dust in home, help with energy bill, and reduce sound to name a few benefits. We are also certified to do blow door testing.

About Us
Dennis grew up working with his dad and granddad before starting his own business at 22 years old. Our 7 children and now our grandkids are no strangers to good work ethics. There were times when as a family we would be picking up trash to keep the job site clean and safe to mowing a client's field so they could see their land and workers could know what to maneuver around.
Melissa King does the office and billing work, Christian King is the supervisor on the job site, and Andrew King is a laborer when he is not doing his own business at King Welding. Several other boys have worked on and off for us over the years.
Dennis is amazing at keeping the project on schedule and supervising any kind of project. Dennis is amazing at walking a client through the whole process of a project and making sure they understand details about how the finished project will be. He is great at navigating clients through the start-up and understanding the plans and schematics of the project.
